11.5.10.2 Issue with the pre-requisites for patch 8362391

Hi,

    One of the prerequisit for patch 8362391 is 7258620(Rollup 10). Insted of Rollup 10 which is superseded, advice to go for Rollup 23.
    For Rollup 23 (10111967) one of mandatory prerequisit is 5739724 (Rollup 4).
    My 1 query:- Rollup patch 4 is mandatory or we can directly go with Rollup patch 23.
         2 Query:- For Rollup patch 4's one of prerequisit is 4608023. And we are on 11i.ATG_PF.H.RUP 7(6241631), is this patch is the substitue
                       of 4608023 or 4608023 is required.
