Tax on Credit Memo not transferred from OM

Hi,

Can anyone plz clarify on this issue

Issue: There is return of items in SO which is having tax calculated on it. When the SO got transferred to AR thru Auto invoice i am not able to see the tax on Credit memo of AR Transaction workbench.There is no Sales Person assigned to SO.
