Assistance with establishing recommended patches

Hello

I would like some assistance in establishing which patches are required to bring our environment up to the latest patch level. We are on release 12.1.3.

I have tried using the link on the MOS site but don't seem to get very far (maybe because I'm using an old browser?)

Our current products are

Order management, Shipping execution, Purchasing, Inventory, GL, AP (inc. i-expenses), AR, FA, Process Manufacturing Product Development, Process Manufacturing Process Execution, Process Manufacturing Process Planning, Process Manufacturing Financials, Oracle Alert, Web ADI etc. We will also be implementing WMS/MSCA
