Rotatelogs spawning uncontrolably

 Hi all, 
I have an Enterprise Manager 11g on Windows x64. After noticing that mod_wl_ohs.log was huge and not rotating, I implemented noteid 1271676.1.
But when I restarted OMS, the rotatelogs.exe started to spawn uncontrollably. Instead of having around 2 instances of this process, I ended up with
280 until the server crash.

Did anyone bumped into this issue?
