IReceivables is not producing customer data

Hi all,

What is the root cause for iReceivables not  returning customer data on account summary, but  return zero values. This user gets the data when using someone Else's workstation and when someone else logs on on this same workstation it doesn't the same..... so I've discovered that the PC is the issue.

Please help with the possible solutions.
