What are the bug fixes when upgrading from 12.1.2 to 12.1.3 or 12.2

Hello,

We are researching upgrading from 12.1.2 to 12.1.3 or perhaps 12.2.  This is our first updgrade and we are trying to find documents that would provide a list of bug fixes/patches for release 12.1.3 and 12.2.  I cannot seem to find any detailed documentation.  I have reviewed the Release Content Documents and also the release 12.1.3 Readme (ID 1080973.1) but can't get a listing of bug fixes anywhere.  Could someone point me in the right direction?
