XE - restore specs - assistance needed

Hi All,
I have a problem: I need to restore some objects into my XE for testing purposes. I have multiple .par files containing objects and projects exported from newer E1 versions that need to be developed and adjusted in XE but I have never used XE and I have no idea how to import them into XE.

Would you be so kind and advice how should I do it?
