"Oracle HTTP Failed" Error When Installing Hyperion 11 EPM

Hello, All --

My apologies if this has been addressed in another place.

I'm attempting to install EPM and am receiving an "Oracle HTTP Failed" error.  Shown below are entries in the installation log that may point to the issue.

Can anybody shed some light on how to resolve this?  (I'd be happy to provide additional information if needed.)
