Applying 9239090 to upgrade 12.1.3 - some scripts running for long time.

Apps 12.1.3

Applying 9239090 in upgrade process from 12.1.2 to 12.1.3
The following sql are running abnormally long time:

gmfpostimportaad.sql
cstpostimportaad.sql
ozfpostimpaad.sql
fapostimportaad.sql

Is it safe to also skip the following ? :
gmfpostimportaad.sql
ozfpostimpaad.sql
fapostimportaad.sql

Please advise
