Does the OEM 12C GG plugin works in a GG High Availability configuration?

Does the OEM 12C GG plugin works in a GG High Availability configuration?

 OEM 12C Golden Gate "Monitoring" does not failover when GG Manager / Processes  failover/relocated from one to node to another.

The GG Plugin is deployed on all nodes of the RAC Database.  

Initially the GG Processes were running a “node 1” the GG Plugin discovered the processes on “node 1” and began reporting the metrics to OEM 12C – everything is good.

Next, the GG Processes are relocated to “node 2” in a failover scenario.  All processes including jagent are stopped on “node 1” all processes including jagent are now running on “node 2”.  So far all looks good.
