Approval from mail have different behavior from the notificatoin list

Dear All ,

I have this case in absence: ( using SSHR)

approval is

( Ahmad ---- > Rame -------> Alaa ----- > Hane. )

Ahmad submit the leave to Rame for approval

Rame approve the request .

when Rame approve the request system skip (Alaa,Hane) and send notification to Ahmad that his leave has been approved By Rame.

I return back to the absence table, I found that this leave was created by sysadmin user.

I repeat the same scenario again

the approval works correctly.

and the absence created by (Hane)


Also I checked the Per_person_analyses

I found also record created by the sysadmin user ,
