RMAN Backup Failure in 10g

Hi,

Rman backup is failing everytime and throwing the below error :-

RMAN-03009: failure of backup command on ORA_DISK_4 channel at 09/24/2012 03:07:22

ORA-19566: exceeded limit of 0 corrupt blocks for file /ora2/ora10g52/datafiles/system/system07.dbf

RMAN-03009: failure of backup command on ORA_DISK_1 channel at 09/24/2012 06:38:26

ORA-19566: exceeded limit of 0 corrupt blocks for file /ora3/ora10g52/datafiles/BDTEBL/BDTEBL_02.DBF

RMAN-03009: failure of backup command on ORA_DISK_2 channel at 09/23/2012 22:04:06

ORA-19566: exceeded limit of 0 corrupt blocks for file /ora4/ora10g52/datafiles/HUFICB_IND/HUFICB_IND_08.dbf

Kindly help how to proceed ?
