Proposal of incorporating overhead into figures

I still think it would be more reasonable, from the point of view of sysadmins' usability, that the natural degradation threshold percentage "overhead" of 20% (or any other settable value) of zpools be incorporated into the reported figures.

For example, currently if a zpool is reports 100 GB SIZE I propose it reports 80 GB as its 100% CAP.
No sysadmin in general would/should reasonably operate above this threshold anyway.

Nonetheless there could be a flag/property ("tweak") to revert to current ("raw view") behavior.
