Invalid warehouse for this operating unit error

Hi,
I did all intercompany setups between two operating units and gave the proper receiving org.
If I try to create an order with the shipping org present in shipping OU, I am getting "Invalid warehouse for this operating unit" error.

Please share some idea, if any one has on this.
