I'm trying to open an SR, this is the message that appear.

Support Identifier 17085351 associated with serial number AKD0911122 will be added to your user profile.

To add the Support Identifier then continue, click Next, or enter a different serial number.

when i click next.....

Error Key: 13.02.07-04:07:58.302-9973

The Support Identifier is already in the user profile

 

But I'm still unable to open the SR.

I'm falled in a loop Bug.

Someone could help me ?
