CRS down after storage failure

 RAC 11.2.0.3.3 on AIX 6.1 TL7 SP4, 4 nodes and 2 Storage Arrays em EMC PowerPath 5.5.
We´re using the Normal Redundancy Diskgroup with 4 failgroups spread two storages as follow, but when we lost connection from storage 2, CRS down.
