Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

In OLM, when trying to update subscription status to a person who is now an ex employee, the following error shows up:

User-Defined Exception in Package ota_lp_enrollment_swi Procedure update_lp_enrollment

The module does not allow to change the status in a LP for ex employees.
