Should not update Service Request once created

Hi,

We have a requirement like once the service request is created, no one should be able to update any fields in the service request (no update should be allowed).

(or)

The creator of the service request can only update the service request

Do we have any seeded functionality like above?

Even we are fine with personalisation/simple customisation.
