FSG Drill Down Requires user to log in every time a drill down is performed

 FSG Drill Down Requires user to log in every time a drill down is performed.  However, this issue is limited to a single user, the majority of users are not required to sign in when drill down is performed.  This seems to be a PC issues but have not been able to resolve my clearing history in browser etc...
