R12.1.1 to R12.1.3 upgrade 9239090 Patch issue

I have applied 9239090 and it was hung from long time but it didn't say Patch session was failed.
When i checked workers status show running. I went and checked the worker log show below error.

I followed the metalink and applied JDBC connection issue ran autoconfig DB & Apps node before starting patch.
Can you please help me on this issue?
