Invoice Workbench sort changed after running Gather Schema Stats and Program Optimizer

Good Morning!

We ran the Gather Schema Stats and Program - Optimizer job against AP.

Afterwards, the sort of how the invoices are displayed has changed.  I assume this is due to an index change.

Does anyone know of a document I could reference on how to make this change? 

I hope I'm asking my question clearly enough.  If not, please let me know and I will provide more details.
