Where can I find any documentation for UAT

This is just a general question for anyone.

Does anyone have any documentation for functional testing ( I call it 'Day in the Life)? Basically testing the ability to perform the full scope of processes for a business to confirm that all business processes have been identified and mapped to appropriate processes in the Oracle eBusiness suite and can be successfully executed. This would be very useful since we migrate several divisions each year onto the Oracle EBS.

Appreciate any guidance or if anyone is willing to share their document.
