Missing cycle count.

Org was entering a cycle count this morning, added a product to the end, then went back to the sceen to add a second product and the screen froze. After they logged back in they could not find their adjustments or any products left on the cycle count screen. The cycle count cannot be found on the system or the sequence number for it.  Any idea what happened here?
