R12434 Sale of Business Property

Hello all,

I am having an issue with report R12434. How can I flag an asset to get it picked up on the Real Property Report (processing option #3, choice 2). When I run this it come back blank, but we disposed of some assets this year with property type 1250, but they will only show up on the Personal Property (processing option # 3, choice 1) with all of the property type 1245 that we disposed. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
