Is it possible to sent multiples bids in the same Sourcing RFQ ?

Hi ,

Using  Oracle Souring (R12.1.3) in a Scelled RFQ,   when a supplier submit multiples bids, the buyer see only the last bid ! 

is it possible to sent 2 bids for the same RFQ and let the Buyer choose the Best one ? 

this is an importante case wich occur frequently . Exemple : for an item the supplier can offer two brands with different prices and attributs values and want to let the buyer choose the best one how can we manage this case using Oracle Sourcing ?
