Not able to Generate PM WOs for an Asset Group

Hello,

I am not sure if there is something in my process of setup or something has changed but I am unable to create PM WOs for an Asset Group.  I have been able to create this in the past.  I am using 12.1.3 and have recently applied some patches:  10175163:R12.EAM.B and 13546669:R12.EAM.B and 8731561:R12.EAM.B

I am not certain when this stopped working.  If someone could look and tell me if I am missing something in my steps or if anyone else is having same issue.
