How to delete an application that is 'stuck' in deployment?

Hi,

Does anyone know how we can delete an application that was in the middle of deployment when the server was bounced?  It seems to be partially deployed, with no way to complete the deployment/delete the app. Is there an undercover/behind the scenes way to get rid of this application?

 We are on EPM v11.1.2.2.00.
