Compute Depreciation (P12850) did not create the General Ledger side of the entry

Q.  Why the compute depreciation program (P12850) did not create the General Ledger side of the entry?

A.  Processing option 13 drives the creation of the General Ledger side of the entry.  The value of 1 is correct and that cause to happen.   Recently a new issue was discovered

     if processing option 13 is populated with any value different than blank the General Ledger side is not created either.  A new bug was created # 1584920 to prevent from happening. 

     The only valid values should be Blanks or 1
