R12.1.3 RUP5 : Error 40735 when closing the period.

HI ALL,
I wanted to check whether anybody has encounter an error while closing the AR PERIOD

FRM - 40735 : WHEN VALIDATE ITEM trigged raised unhandled exception ORA -06511

I tried to check the metalink but there was no exact match, the best i could find is

Please share the resolution.
