how to verify if standby and primary are in sync (active dataguard)

hi ,

how to verify if standby and primary are in sync in max performance mode

case 1 . primary fails (primary is not accessible )

case 2 . network fails ( no network between primary and standby )

case 3 . if there is no log switch on primary for a long time and then network fails
