How to modify fal_server in existing data guard configuration when using DGMGRL

 I have a primary database and two physical standby databases. The standby database servers cannot communicate because there is no network route between them. The fal_server on each of standby server has entries for both the primary and the other standby database. How do I remove the entry for the other standby database when using dgmgrl. If I simply alter system set fal_server='primary server', it get's over written whenever I make make any change using dgmgrl.
