Technician Portal:Default note type
We are on R12.1.3 and have many note types associated with Depot repair.
We wanted to have a default value for note type and tried couple of options.
1.Set the profile -Notes:Default Note Type to Resolution description.
This profile is not honored and the value is not defaulted
2.Tried simple OA personalization-to post initial value as resolution description for note type
It does not work either with this simpler option.
The note type value also does not get defaulted in repair order form.
Could you please advise whether this is a bug ?Is there any option to default the default note type value in technician portal?
