Display of details in arabic language on a BI Publisher report when run from Apex

Hi,We are planning to integrate Apex and BI Publisher and use it.
I have a report created in APEX and its just a report which shows customer details.

All the details are in arabic language.
I see that in Apex and in form fields , i see that the customer names are shown in arabic but when the same data is being displayed via BI publisher and in pdf output , i get ???????????? this.

Is there any setup that needs to be done to run the BI publisher report from the Apex and display the arabic data.

Please provide your suggestions.
