Attachments not visible in AP inquiry responsibility (inquiry option) but are visible in Invoice ent

Hi

We are on R12 12.1.1

We have 2 custom responsibilities

AP invoicing and AP Inquiry

Users attach the supplier invoices through the clip icon on the menu bar from the invoicing responsibility

Users who use the inquiry responsibility cannot view the attachment and get a FRM error

We have followed Metalink note # 1139726.1 but the problem still persists

This note does not mention if it applies to Release 12.1.1.

Any workarounds
