Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. how to migrate customer notes

Hi

we want to migrate 11i customer notes to R12 . ( present in AR_NOTES table )

is there any API or interface for this ?

the notes are at account and invoice level.

there are several other tables involved as well i.e

- AR_CALL_ACTIONS

- AR_CUSTOMER_CALL_TOPICS

- AR_ACTION_NOTIFICATIONS

but I am not sure on how to migrate the data .
