OSP charges calculation for optional items

Scenario

Based upon the configurations selected by customer  a star item is created .A discrete job,

BOM and Routing gets automatically created when the
Star item is booked and Progressed.
 
There are more than 20 Optional items available for customer to choose. All these optional

items are fitted by a external supplier and so involves OSP charges .Based upon custom

selection ,operations are selected in the routing. In many cases more than one optional

items are consumed(fitted) in an operation .But not always customer selects all the optional
