Engineering Approval

 Hi Experts,

   We need to have following scenario,

1.Engineering Approval should be category based ie

A-Category

B-Category

   Now if 'A' Category item in ECO then it approval should go to 'X' person

  if 'B' Category item in ECO then it approval should go to 'Y' person

2.Other Than Approval Notification my client asking for your notification(FYI) to other user not approvar.The business need is,those who are

in shop floor tey also shoul aware of the changes.

  pls tell me whether its possible or not and if any workaround pls suggest me.
