REP 3000 :Oracle tool kit error in R12 EBS while runnign any report

Hi,

We are on R12.1.3 with 11g database on AIX and we are facing the issue of REP: 3000 Oracle tool kit error in R12 .

I understand that this is basically because of the display not set properly but have crosschecked multiple times

1)Display is set to "hostname:1.0"

2)xhost + is set

3)xclock is working fine

4)We have crosscheckd the display value in XML and it has the same value as the display

5)The vnc is started on :1.0

I have also gone through the comprensive troubleshooting of REP 3000 and afew other metalink ntoes related to AIX but none of it helps.

Pl suggest.
