URGENT: Concatenation of numeric values from 2 different picklist fields

Dear All,

How to concatenate 2 numeric values from 2 different picklist fields in any 3rd field?

Example: By using delimiter '-' inbetween 2 numeric values like 10-20.

Appreciate your quick help please.
