11.5.10.2 : Relink of module "MSTCPP" failed - whilie applying patch 9535311

Hi,

We are applying patch 9535311 on our TEST Instance , as one of the prerequisites for Cross Paltform Migration Activity.
While applying patch we are stuch at "Relink of module "MSTCPP" failed"

the following error occurs

file or directory

Relink of module "MSTCPP" failed.
