Scorecards in Performance Management

Hi,

I am trying to understand the functionality of Appraisal and Performance Management Plan (PMP) in Performance Management. Can anyone explain me the following and educate me how to do those transactions.

1. When i publish a PMP, I see a scorecard showing the summary of scorecard. but that just shows no of tasks. Where can i see the scorecard and the tasks of scorecard for an employee.

2. How can i use this tasks showing in scorecard, during the appraisal process.

3. how do i track the status of these tasks of a scorecard.

Please explaing me, how and where do i do all the above mentioned scenarios in EBS.
