We have recently upgrade from Sales 77 to Financial 8.1.1.6.  We have a seperate siebel server set up for our remote server.  We are getting the following errors in the TxnPROC log file:

Get exclusive Lock for C:\sia81\siebsrvr\docking\visdata.dbf (Will create/open the file, map it to memory cache blocks).
