RMAN - Trying to make job not run if another job is already running

Hi - I am hoping someone can help me figure this out...

We use RMAN with Grid Control as the scheduler.  We have jobs that run late at night to do either a Level 0 or 1 depending on the day of the week.   I am developing an Archivelog job to run every 20 minutes thoughout the day.  I want the Archivelog job to run 24 hours a day, but not while the Level 0/1 job is running.

Does anyone know of a way to do this?  I don't see an easy way in GC.
