What Verision of 11g Forms / Reports for Windows 7?

I want to install 11g forms and reports on my Windows 7 PC but I cannot figure out what version I need to install.  I am using the 64 bit version of Forms and Reports but I only can find a 32 bit version of WebLogic Server to install--which I am assuming is my problem.  I am specifically getting a JVM bit incompatibility error,  Cannot have a 32 bit version on a 64 bit machine.  
Any help will be greatly appreciated
