14457480 : 12.1.3 : Invalid AR Libraries

This thread will address your following issue

When applying the patch (R12.AR.B: Patch 14457480) to our test R12 UAT instance, the following Oracle Forms objects (libraries) did not generate successfully:

au resource ARBRREMI.pll
au resource ARXTWBAT.pll


The Patch Log noted the following in regards to this:
The only error message generated was:
The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:
au resource ARBRREMI.pll
au resource ARXTWBAT.pll

Uploaded the patch log.

Note:  We did not experience this issue when applying the patch to our other test R12 instances.
