Connection to server lost when building workbooks after upgrading from 13.2.3 to 13.3.1

Hi -

After upgrading a 13.2.3 domain to 13.3.1, I am attempting to build a workbook.  I step through each wizard without any issues; however when I select 'Finish' the connection drops and the workbook build terminates.  I have followed the following steps to upgrade the domain.

1. Upgrade domain to 13.2.3.39 (latest hotfix) - verified workbook build successful
2. Modify configuration to include new cardinality and re-indexing threshold information and export hierarchy.xml
3. Run convertDomain utility to convert domain to 13.3.1.1 using exported hierarchy.xml file
4. Run upgradeDomain utility to upgrade domain to 13.3.1.1
5. Patch domain to finalize conversion process

I verified that all of the steps above complete successfully without any errors.  But when I attempt to build the exact same workbook in 13.3.1.1 that was built in 13.2.3.39, I received the attached connection errors.  This occurs in both the classic and Fusion clients.  All of the base RPAS workbooks (Measure Analysis, Security Adm, Hierarchy Maintenance, etc.) build normally without any issues.  One other point to note is that I built a new 13.3.1.1 domain from scratch using the 13.2.3 configuration and hierarchies and was able to successfully build the same workbook (without any data).  Could there be something
