R 12.1.3

Getting the following error when trying to apply patch 13860655.

AutoPatch error:
--------
This patch is not compatible with your current codelines.

This patch is compatible with: entity 'po' - codeline 'R12.PO.C'.
Your current on-site codeline for the entity 'po' is: 'R12.PO.B'.

I can not find what patch would give us codeline R12.PO.C. We already applied the latest Procurement family pack.

Please advise.
