Unable to Start the Weblogic Administration Server COnsole and Forms,Reports Services.....

 HI all
We are unable to launch the Weblogic administration Services and forma and reports services..

While we are trying to start the services.. we are getting a blink of the services window and poping out..

while starting the admin server console we are facing below message

\ca\ca_appsw was unexpected at this time..

Pelase help me oout..
