Error while uploading BI Publisher Reports in Siebel

Hi All,
I am using Siebel 8.1.1.3 and BI Publisher 10.1.3.4.2. I am using integration object method for report generation. When i try to upload the report templates from siebel, I am getting the below mentioned error.



Please help me to resolve this issue.
