Unable to start the reports server

Hi all

I am using Oracle Forms 11g R2

I am able to see that my reports services are being started in the administration console.. forms services,reports services,admin services are up ...

I could see both forms and admin console are working fine..

but there is a problem with reports services..

though it is up

I cant see the getserver info url.. it is saying some

Error 500-Internal server error..

Please guide me...!

for your reference I am getting the below error...in the command prompt while starting the services..

rwserverconf.xsd file..

xml-24213 target space name is not as expected...!
